Mandarin Orange Pie

This pie is super easy to make, and is so cool and refreshing on a hot summer day. It reminded me of a frozen lemon pie my mom used to make when I was a little girl, but with the added burst of flavor from the mandarin oranges, and pineapple. The perfect pie to beat the heat.

Mandarin Orange Pie
Source: Southern Plate

1 -8 oz container cool whip
20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
15 ounce mandarin oranges, drained
14 ounce sweetened condensed milk

Mix together whipped topping, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.

Stir in drained fruit.

Fill crusts and freeze, preferably overnight.

Remove from freezer approximately ten minutes or so before serving.

Hi April - finally getting around to making this today and noticed the recipe calls foe two crusts - does this recipe make two pies?

Holly ~ Yes, this recipe makes two pies. It can be divided in half if you'd like to just make one.
